Nova Reports April Revenue of NT$544 Million
Recognized for Six Consecutive Years Among Top 5% in Corporate Governance Evaluation
Hsinchu, Taiwan – May 9, 2025
Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT) today announced its consolidated revenue for April 2025 reached NT$544 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 16%. Consolidated revenue for the first four months of 2025 amounted to NT$2.69 billion. The year-over-year decline in cumulative revenue was primarily due to a higher base in the same period last year, driven by the recognition of large-scale orders in China.
Nova noted that while China's semiconductor sector experienced significant fab expansion in recent years, the pace of expansion has moderated in the first half of this year, resulting in a short-term impact on revenue. Nevertheless, the Company continues to benefit from its diversified order acquisition strategy across China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Semiconductor industry leaders remain committed to investments in advanced processes and advanced packaging. In addition, Southeast Asian markets—such as Singapore, Malaysia, and India—are attracting significant investment from global players. The Company remains committed to expanding its presence and customer base in these strategic regions to enhance future performance.
In recognition of its long-standing commitment to corporate governance, Nova has once again been ranked among the top 5% of OTC-listed companies in the 11th Corporate Governance Evaluation by the Taiwan Stock Exchange, marking the sixth consecutive year it has received this highest distinction. Nova also ranked among the top 10% of listed/OTC electronic companies with a market capitalization exceeding NT$10 billion for two consecutive years. These accolades underscore Nova’s ongoing efforts in strengthening board structure and operations, enhancing information transparency, safeguarding shareholder rights and equitable treatment, and advancing sustainability initiatives.
