May 2026 Monthly Consolidated Revenue Press Release
NOVA Reports May Revenue of NT$1.08 Billion, a Record High for the Same Period; Memory and Advanced Packaging Demand Drive Strong Order Momentum
Hsinchu, Taiwan –June 9, 2026
Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA*,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT), a leading provider of semiconductor and flat panel process supply systems, today announced consolidated revenue of NT$1.08 billion for May 2026, representing a year-over-year increase of 81.72% and marking a record high for the same period. Cumulative consolidated revenue for January to May 2026 totaled NT$4.136 billion, up 25.75% year-over-year and also reaching a record high for the same period in the Company’s history.
NOVA* noted that continued demand from semiconductor, memory, and advanced packaging customers for new fab construction, capacity expansion, and process upgrades supported stronger shipment recognition momentum across its order backlog. As a result, monthly consolidated revenue has maintained year-over-year growth for four consecutive months, with May revenue once again reaching a record high for the same period.
According to the latest semiconductor materials market report released by SEMI, the global semiconductor materials market is projected to grow 6.8% year-over-year to US$73.2 billion in 2025, reaching a record high. Among this, wafer fabrication materials revenue is expected to increase 5.4% year-over-year to US$45.8 billion, benefiting from rising process complexity and increasingly stringent lithography requirements. Key materials including photomasks, photoresists and ancillary materials, as well as wet chemicals, are all expected to achieve strong double-digit growth. Meanwhile, packaging materials revenue is projected to increase 9.3% year-over-year to US$27.4 billion, reflecting growing demand for advanced substrates and packaging materials.
NOVA* noted that as advanced packaging technologies such as CoWoS, CoPoS, and FOPLP continue to evolve rapidly, process architectures, material usage, and chemical supply requirements have become significantly more complex than those of traditional packaging technologies. As a result, customers are placing increasingly stringent demands on chemical purity, supply stability, concentration control, cleanliness, and liquid delivery safety. Given that advanced packaging involves a greater number of process steps and chemical material categories, the scale of specialty chemical supply systems, pipeline configurations, and automated control systems required for individual fab construction or capacity expansion projects has also expanded accordingly. These trends are expected to provide positive benefits to NOVA*’s order structure and project value per contract.
NOVA* further noted that growing demand for advanced packaging and high-end process technologies is expected to generate two major growth drivers for the Company’s business. First, the increasing variety and consumption volume of chemicals used in advanced processes are expanding the scale of process supply system requirements for individual customers and projects, which is expected to enhance average order value per project. Second, major global semiconductor companies are actively expanding advanced packaging and memory-related capacity, driving broader market demand. Leveraging its extensive track record and established customer base in semiconductor process supply systems, NOVA* is well positioned to secure additional orders related to advanced process technologies.
Looking ahead, NOVA* remains optimistic that overall operations will continue to grow sequentially throughout the year. The Company believes that ongoing capacity expansion demand from semiconductor, memory, and advanced packaging customers will remain a key growth driver for future operations. With overall order backlog remaining at a solid level, coupled with continued investment by major international players in advanced packaging and high-end process capacity expansion, NOVA* expects further growth in overall order intake momentum. At the same time, the Company is actively expanding its presence across Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and overseas markets, positioning itself to achieve another level of operational growth in the future.
