Winmax Technology Corporation (Suzhou), a subsidiary of Nova Tech, was renamed Winmax Technology Co. Ltd. (Suzhou).

A new company, Dadewin Technology Corp., was established as an 80%-owned subsidiary of Nova Tech. The company specializes in engineering graphic design and has a paid-in capital of NT$5 million.

Initial Public Offering approved by Taipei Exchange (Stock Code: 6613).

Established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Novatech Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd., in Singapore. The company primarily undertook business in automated supply systems for the semiconductor industry. The actual capital contribution was NT$1 million.

Established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Winmax Technology Corporation, in Suzhou, Mainland China. The company focused on the design, manufacturing, sales, and services of cylinder cabinets and equipment. The actual capital contribution was NT$32.2 million (US$1 million).

In response to the company's future development, Nova Tech spun off its agency and sales department to establish a new company, Winmega Technology Corp., as a 100% subsidiary of Nova Tech. The primary business operations focus on the wholesales of electronic devices and equipment, with a paid-in capital of NT$15 million.

Nova Tech formed a strategic alliance with Acter Group Corporation Limited (Stock Code: 5536) and became a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Acter Group.
 

Collaborated with Nippon Refine to develop a waste solvent recycling and recovery system.

Capitalization from surplus amounted to NT$24 million, increasing the paid-in capital to NT$40 million.

As a professional company integrating design, manufacturing, sales, and service, Nova Technology Corp. established a wholly owned subsidiary, WinmaxControl Technology Co. Ltd. (Shanghai), in Shanghai, China. The company also set up a production and processing base, including a cleanroom, within the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone.
 

A cash capital increase of NT$3.5 million and a surplus-to-capital increase of NT$7.5 million resulted in a total paid-in capital of NT$16 million.

Nova Technology Corp. was officially established with a paid-in capital of NT$5 million. At its founding, the company focused on chemical supply systems and CMP grinding fluid supply systems.
