Established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Suzhou, China [Suzhou Winmax Technology Corporation], a company that mainly designs, manufactures, sells and provides services for cylinder cabinets and equipment, with actual capital of NT$32.2 million (US$1 million).

Established in Singapore a wholly owned subsidiary, Novatech Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd., the actual capital contribution was NT$1 million, mainly for the semi-conductor industry automation supply system business.
 

Taipei Exchange approved for initial public offering (Stock Symbol: 6613).

In response to the company's future development, Novatech separated its agent and sales departments to form a new independent company [Winmega Technology Co., Ltd.], which became a subsidiary of Novatech's 100% investment, and wholesale agent of electronic equipment and equipment as the major operating items, with the paid-in capital of NT$15 million.

Novatech entered into a strategic alliance with [Acter Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Symbol: 5536)] to become a 100% subsidiary of Acter Group.

Develop waste solvent recovery and recycling system in cooperation with Refine Holdings Co., Ltd., Japan.

Established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai, China―Winmax Technology Corporation. We have established a production and processing base in Waigaoqiao, including the dust-free room, and are a professional company that integrates design, manufacturing, sales and service.

Earnings were converted into an increase in capital of NT$24 million, resulting in a paid-up capital of NT$40 million.

The capital increased by NT$3.5 million in cash and NT$7.5 million in surplus, increasing the paid-in capital to NT$16 million.

Novatech Co., Ltd. was formally established, with a paid-in capital of NT$5 million. At the time of establishment, the company was mainly engaged in the operation of chemical supply systems and CMP abrasive supply systems.
