Nova Tech has established transparent and diversified communication channels to communicate with stakeholders in our daily operations. We value the valuable opinions of our stakeholders. In response to stakeholder discussions, the President would lreport on the implementation of these recommendations to the Board of Directors and immediately adjust the company's policies to respond to the expectations of our stakeholders and to further strengthen our relationship with them. NOVA reported the communication status with various stakeholders to the Board of Directors on November 5, 2024.
