Customer Safety and Health Plan
Novatech provides process supply system equipment for high-tech industries. Our professional team is able to design products that meet customer requirements and comply with international or national safety regulations, based on the customization conditions appointed by our customers. Our products have passed the ITRI TS explosion-proof electrical equipment type approval in accordance with Article 12, Section 7 of the Enforcement
Rules of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (Article 7, Section 1 of the parent act), and 32 TS explosion-proof electrical equipment type approval products in 2022, and are in compliance with the national standard certification CNS. In addition to the certified product design, the engineering-related hazardous materials are also designed and installed in accordance with the Establishment Standard and Safety Control Regulation for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases Places of the Fire Services Act to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
Novatech places a strong emphasis on product quality and safety, and the company has a high level of maturity in its product safety management capabilities. For example, in 2021, due to the impact of the pandemic, Novatech did not conduct any on-site construction, which led to the company not applying for SEMI certification. However, Novatech continues to prioritize product quality and safety management and has demonstrated resilience and maturity in this regard. In 2022, our product SEMI obtained certification for 60 cases, marking the highest number in the past three years. This demonstrates Novatech's maturity and adaptability in product quality and safety management.
In the current year, Novatech's customer safety and quality management representative product is the acid supply system. We entrusted the Precision Machinery Research & Development Center (PMC) to conduct SEMI S2 verification for this product, and it successfully passed the certification. The sales of this product accounted for 12.93% of the total sales, which not only ensures the safety and quality of our products, but also
helps customers to improve the safety of acid supply.
Novatech not only actively researches and develops technologies related to customer safety, but alsoestablishes internal quality and safety management processes, which are summarized as follows:
