With the concept of "the cornerstone of sustainable management and the most valuable asset", Novatech has been actively creating a suitable employment environment for more than 25 years, strictly abiding the human rights
protection policy, providing employees with vacation and attendance conditions that are better than the labor laws and regulations, protecting equal labor conditions for employees of all ages and genders, and ensuring that employees have perfect labor rights and interests, as well as a healthy and safe working environment. Through functional evaluation, Novatech has been promoting the education and training programs that are suitable for the talents of the employees to strengthen Novatech's advantage in the sustainable development of its human resources, and to build up a friendly and diversified corporate culture.

Novatech does not discriminate against employees on the basis of race, language, thought, gender, age, marital status, religion, nationality, political party, etc. In 2022, we had 179 work partners and 87 outsourced workers, including 174 regular employees and 5 contractors, including 117 males and 62 females. The proportion of female
employees was 34.64%, and the proportion of female supervisors was 8.94%. In addition, we employed 3 disabled employees and 1 foreign employee.



 

New and Departed Employees

YearsNovatech promotes the sustainable development of organizational effectiveness and talents through a variety of recruitment activities and channels such as campus recruitment, corporate visits, industrial cooperation internships, job training course mediation, and internal referrals. A total of 46 new entrants in 2022, with a new entry rate of 25.7%, of which new entrants under the age of 30 accounted for 39.13% of new entrants, and continued to inject new vitality into Novatech. In 2022, Novatech introduced a number of retention initiatives, including the provision of employee care improvements and a mentoring system, to better address employee needs and help new recruits integrate smoothly into the workplace. Through these initiatives, Novatech significantly reduced its turnover rate to 18.99% in 2022.
