New staff training courses

 
  • To practice the training and consideration of new staff through mentoring. To assist new staff for understanding the organization of company, salary and benefits, the basic daily needs, and ESH etc.

Professional courses

 
  • To offer different stages of training courses for various professional positions, and to strengthen the knowledge and skills of professionals for enhancing their professional job performance.

General courses

 
  • To enhance the know-how and skills for staff’s occupational needs. To improve the communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills and presentation skills in order to enhance the efficiency of daily work.

Industrial safety and health and environmental management course

 
  • To strengthen the staff’s the prevention and awareness of occupational hazards, and to enhance the capabilities of dealing with the emergency in factory. To cultivate the staff’s the concept of public safety.

Management Courses

 
  • In order to improve management efficiency and strengthen organizational competitiveness, we have the related training courses.To strengthen supervisory responsibilities and assignment, and to enhance leadership, decision-making, management and problem-solving abilities.

Language courses

 
  • In response to the globalization, we provide English and Japanese courses for staffs to strengthen their international competitiveness, and offer allowances for foreign language courses and certification fee.

Quality management courses

 
  • To establish the staff’s the concept of quality, we promote quality-related activities on a regular basis with related training courses. To cultivate for applying methods and tools in quality management practices, and then have the ability to integrate fields of expertise and quality management.

On-site transferred

The service locations of Nova Technology Corp. including: Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia. We provide the on-site transferred opportunities for the staffs, which will enrich their personal vision and improve competitiveness.

Project assignment

We provide the staffs to participate in other work of the project for enriching experience, and increase the cooperative opportunities for cross-department.

Job rotation

To encourage the staffs to transfer to the different units for learning and conduct a wide range of experiences.
