Nova Technology Corp. was established in June 1997, and the position of our company is ”the expert to integrate water, gas, chemical for the factory service system of the high-tech industry” since establishment. We continue to improve ourselves and to strive for perfection. We provide a wide range of quality services for major domestic and foreign well-known semiconductor plant, photonics plants, solar energy, biotech, pharmaceutical, chemical industrial manufacturers with the most competitive engineering team and professional technology and experience. Nova Technology Corp. is based in Taiwan, and customer service locations including: Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia. In addition, Nova Technology Corp. has spared no effort in terms of service quality improvement, safety management and environmental protection. We made the achievement of three international quality ESH system certification of ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 in June 2006.
Founded
In the early establishment of Nova Technology Corp., we had technical cooperation with Japan [SUMITOMO Sumitomo Chemical Engineering Corp. (SCEC)].Sumitomo Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. is a 100% owned subsidiary of the well-known Japanese Sumitomo Group. Nova Technology Corp. provides the timeliness of the best after-sales service in Taiwan, mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
2002
In June 2002, Nova Technology Corp. set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai, China [Winmax Technology Co. Ltd.]. The headquarters is located in Shanghai Pudong Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone.
2003
In August 2003, we establish production and processing base including cleanroom in Waigaoqiao, which is combined design, manufacture, sales and service in one of the professional company. We continue to strengthen the enterprise supply chain management and customer service quality through vertical integration strategy to improve operational performance and competitive advantage.
Furthermore, Nova Technology Corp. has also set up the trade department as sales agent for international renowned manufacturers of semiconductor equipment, photonics equipment, encapsulant equipment and AOI / AVI detection equipment and instruments. We provide the cutting-edge equipment and technology for the need of the industry and related field of development, and to support the development of the domestic high-tech industry.
2009
In February 2009, Nova Technology Corp. have strategic alliance with[Acter Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 5536)] and become the subsidiary of Acter Co., Ltd. The Acter Group is a professional and a variety of Engineering Technology Company, which is well-know in the field of the mechanical and electrical, air conditioning, drainage, automatic control, and clean room integration etc. They develop the energy-saving technology and the biotechnology engineering technology actively. Nova Technology Corp. combines the professional competence of Acter Co., Ltd in mechanical and electrical, air conditioning, and clean room.We provide customers with a more comprehensive professional service by the strategic business and process management.
2014
Established in 2014, Winmega Technology Corp. is committed to the sales and business of high-tech industrial production equipment and consumables. Expanding the company’s reach and more comprehensive service.
2015
In Jun. 2015, in response to the Chinese market, Winmax (Suzhou) was established in Suzhou to expand production capacity in China. At the same time, we develop green energy, environmental protection equipment, and wet process equipment to provide client various aspect service.
2016
Classification as a public company in Oct. 2016 and obtained Emerging Stock Market registration in Dec. 2016.
2017
Be listed on the Taipei Exchange formally in Dec. 2017. Stock code is 6613.
