Founded
At its inception, Nova Technology Corp. formed a technical partnership with Sumitomo Chemical Engineering Corporation(SCEC) of Japan, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the prestigious Sumitomo Group. Nova Technology Corp. delivers timely and exceptional after-sales services across Taiwan, mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
2002
In June 2002, Nova Technology Corp. established its wholly-owned subsidiary,Winmax Technology Co., Ltd., in Shanghai, China. The headquarters is located in Shanghai Pudong Free Trade Zone.
2003
In August 2003, Nova Technology Corp. established a manufacturing base in Waigaoqiao, featuring a cleanroom. This milestone transformed the company into a fully integrated enterprise, combining design, manufacturing, sales, and services under one roof. Through the adoption of a vertical integration strategy, Nova Technology Corp. continues to optimize supply chain management and enhance customer service quality, driving improvements in operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
To further its mission of becoming the "best partner in industrial processes," Nova Technology Corp. launched a dedicated trading division. This division serves as a sales agent for globally renowned manufacturers, offering advanced equipment, materials, and instruments across the semiconductor, optoelectronics, packaging, and testing industries. 2009
In February 2009, Nova Technology Corp. formed a strategic alliance with Acter Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 5536) and became a subsidiary of Acter Co., Ltd. The Acter Group is a leader in mechanical and electrical engineering, air conditioning, drainage, automation, and cleanroom integration. Acter also actively develops energy-saving technologies and biotechnology engineering. By combining Acter’s expertise with our capabilities, Nova Technology Corp. delivers more comprehensive and professional services through strategic business and process management.
2014
Nova Technology Corp. established Winmega Technology Corp., specializing in the agency and trading of production equipment and consumables for the high-tech industry, further broadening the company’s scope and strengthening its ability to deliver comprehensive customer services.
2015
In June 2015, Winmax (Suzhou) was established in Suzhou to expand production capacity in China and cater to the Chinese market. The company also began developing green energy, environmental protection equipment, and wet process equipment to provide diversified services to clients.
2016
Classfied as a public company in Oct. 2016 and obtained Emerging Stock Market registration in Dec. 2016.
2017
In December 2017, Nova Technology Corp. was formally listed on the Taipei Exchange under stock code 6613.
2021
Acquired a total of 51.31% equity of Rayzher Industrial Co., Ltd.

The nominal value of the company’s shares was adjusted from $10 to $5

As part of organizational restructuring, the subsidiaries previously invested in by Nova Technology Corp., including Winmax Technology Corp. and Novatech Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd., were transitioned to be directly invested in by Suzhou Winmax Technology Corp.
