Based on the core spirit of "putting people first and caring for society", Novatech actively expands the social influence of enterprises. With the three major social participation goals oriented toward "industrial -academia cooperation", "corporate volunteer" and "social benefit", we aim to establish a diversified recruitment system for universities and colleges, provide professional internship opportunities for students and teaching partners, strengthen the technical skills and practical experience of young talents, promote the integration of industry and academia, and encourage employees to serve as corporate volunteers, invest in social welfare and care for the disadvantaged, and actively participate in charity activities to promote goodwill and kindness. In 2022, Novatech invested a total of about NT$440,000 and 21 enterprise volunteers to participate in related activities in the community, helping the disadvantaged and giving back to the local community to achieve the continuous positive circular development of industry, schools, and communities.

Internships
As the trend of technology industry is developing rapidly, new talent is the key to building a framework and generating momentum in the industry. Novatech is actively recruiting outstanding students to develop new young talent. In addition to actively recruiting, hiring, retaining, and talent cultivation. We also focus on nurturing talent through a variety of recruitment approaches, including campus recruitment, human resource bank, employee referrals, and the signing of internship cooperation contracts with universities. Continuing with corporate internships, we will continue to conduct "corporate internships" in 2022, with an investment of NT$184,568. With the original intention of teaching and learning, the on-site work experience allows young students to familiarize themselves with engineering expertise and experience the workplace, and to learn the management philosophy and development plan of Novatech, so that they can recruit the future seeds of sustainable business management and create the next generation of competitiveness together.
The work of Novatech Internship students mainly involves Novatech's five major product service projects, including high cleanliness chemical supply and dispensing systems, wet process equipment, special gas supply systems, waste stripping agent and waste solvent recycling system, and green energy environment system integration. Novatech not only familiarizes interns with its products and services, but also respects their individual learning preferences and arranges specialists in each product line to lead them and pass on their experience. Through the cooperation between the industry and schools, we plan to strengthen the technical and practical abilities of young talents through lectures, on-site internships, technical teaching, and special topics, in order to meet the needs of industry development and youth employment.
