Announced Monthly Revenue for January 2024

Nova Hits NT$857 Million in January Revenue With new highs compared to the same period in previous years.

     HSINCHU, Taiwan, January 9, 2024 – Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT) reported a consolidated monthly revenue of NT$857 million for January 2024, increase 86% YOY.  Benefiting from the continued increase in demand for semiconductor customers in China and Taiwan, the sales performance of its high-purity chemical supply and packaging systems, and hook-up gas distribution system orders, and engineering services drove revenue in January to a new high compared to the same period in previous years.
     Nova * is optimistic about the global semiconductor industry's emphasis on green environmental awareness. Nova continuing to deepen the business momentum of high-purity chemical/gas supply and packaging systems, hook-up gas distribution system orders, and engineering services, and wet process equipment, the company is also striving to expand "Waste Chemical Recovery and Supply System " , “Green Energy and Environmental Protection Integration”..etc. that green sustainable integrated business order performance, among which the main purpose of the " Waste Chemical Recovery and Supply System “is to first collect the waste liquid for pre-treatment, and then recycle it into recyclable materials through regeneration technologies such as chemical treatment. At the same time, it can also process non-reusable waste liquid to reduce damage to the environment. In addition to helping customers realize resource recycling, it can also achieve emission and disposal standards that are better than those in compliance with environmental protection regulations. This year, Nova* also officially received an order from a customer in the panel industry, highlighting the effectiveness and practicality of the company's green technologies and solutions. This underscores the company's growing market position in the field of green processes and have an opportunity for gradual shipment recognition in the second half of the year, contributing to future sales performance and operational growth.
     Looking forward to the first quarter of 2024, Nova* strives to expand the overall business order-taking momentum, leverage the synergy of multi-regional business order-taking and business resource integration, while controlling the supply and delivery of raw materials, building high-quality project engineering workforce. Nova also observing semiconductor, and high-tech electronics industry…etc. that plans to launch new factory expansion plans this year. With Nova*'s operating niche of good order volume and high order visibility, it is expected that order shipments will be in line with expectations, thus fueling future operational growth.
