Strong Order Recognition Boosts Novas February Revenue To Record High For The Same Period Of 509 million , Up 9.21% YoY

HSINCHU,Taiwan, March 8, 2024– Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT)reported a consolidated monthly revenue of NT$509 million (+9.21% YOY) for February 2024.Accumulated revenue from January to February 2024 was NT$ 1.37 billion(+47.57% YOY). The monthly and cumulative revenues for January and February both reached historic highs for the same period.

Nova benefited from robust semiconductor demand across the Taiwan Strait, driving significant growth in sales of high-purity chemicals, packaging, gas hook-up systems, and engineering services. In particular , in China, order recognition accelerated due to semiconductor customer expansions, leading to substantial year-on-year sales growth despite fewer working days during the Lunar New Year holiday. This drove February's consolidated revenue to achieve a historic high for the same period.
In Q1 2024, Nova will continue expanding orders in semiconductor and high-tech industries, broadening its presence in China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Leveraging integrated resources, Nova aims to enhance its competitive edge. It will focus on R&D for innovative technologies, system controls, and equipment improvements tailored to diverse industries. Nova will also explore opportunities in high purity wet bench system and green sustainable integration services, aiming to boost its order backlog and achieve operational excellence.
