Announced Monthly Revenue for June 2024
Nova Hits NT$4,613 Million in 1H24 Revenue, Surging 14.13% YoY and achieving the highest record for the same period in the previous year.

Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT) reported a consolidated monthly revenue of NT$617 million (-21.63% MoM) for June 2024. The cumulative consolidated revenue for the 1H24 reached NT$4.6 billion, (14.13% YoY), achieving the highest record for the same period in the previous year.
Nova has benefited from a steady recognition of semiconductor-related customer equipment orders. Furthermore, to deepen mid-term and long-term operational development, Nova Tech has not only improved vertical and horizontal resource integration but also steadily expanded its professional workforce. Until the end of the first half of this year, the total workforce had increased to 917 employees. This will support the company's strategic execution in response to the regionalization trend in the semiconductor industry, laying a solid foundation for future operational growth.
According to the latest World Fab Forecast, WFF report published by SEMI (the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International), there is optimism about the rapid development of AI artificial intelligence technology, injecting new growth momentum into the global semiconductor industry, drive continuous expansion of global semiconductor wafer production capacity. Projected global semiconductor wafer production capacity is expected to increase by 6% and 7% in 2024 and 2025, respectively, the monthly production capacity is expected to reach 33.7 million wafers by 2025, setting a new historical high for the same period compared to previous years.
Nova points out that the expansion of global semiconductor industry capacity and accelerated regionalization of wafer fab construction are beneficial in creating favorable conditions for the company's business development. In response to customer demands for facility security, stability, and future scalability, Nova is enhancing strategies such as equipment technology development, raw material supply chain management, and professional workforce training, etc. These efforts aim to expand overall business order momentum, and actively pursue opportunities of large-scale orders, expect to drive future operational growth trends.
