Nova Reports May Revenue of NT$596 Million, Up 9.6% MoM
Hsinchu, Taiwan –June 9, 2025
Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT) today announced its consolidated revenue for May 2025 reached NT$596 million, representing a 9.6% increase compared to the previous month. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the period from January through May 2025 totaled NT$3.29 billion. Due to a high base effect from strong order fulfillment in the same period last year, cumulative revenue for the first five months of 2025 showed a year-over-year decline.
Nova stated that the month-over-month growth in May revenue was mainly driven by continued strong demand from semiconductor clients for high-purity chemical dispense and packing systems equipment, hook-up systems, and engineering services. In addition to strengthening its operational and supply capabilities in China and Taiwan, the Company is also accelerating its business expansion efforts in Singapore and Malaysia. These efforts are expected to benefit from ongoing capacity expansion projects by major semiconductor players, supporting Nova’s business momentum and order pipeline.
Looking ahead to the second quarter of 2025, Nova remains committed to advancing its expertise in green and environmentally sustainable technologies and high-tech process equipment. The Company will continue to stabilize raw material procurement and supply management, leverage its strong vertical and horizontal integration capabilities, deepen relationships with existing clients, and actively pursue new customer engagements. These strategies are aimed at enhancing Nova’s competitive edge across multiple regions and driving long-term growth in operational performance.
