Nova* Reports Q4 Revenue of 2.68 Billion, Up 31.08% QoQ, Setting the Highest Single-Quarter Level of the Year
Hsinchu, Taiwan –January 9, 2026
Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA*,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT) ,today announced consolidated revenue of 1.08 billion for December 2025, representing a month-on-month increase of 21.64%.Consolidated revenue for the fourth quarter of 2025 reached 2.68 billion, up 31.11% quarter on quarter, setting a new single-quarter revenue high for 2025.
NOVA* stated that in the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue contributions from China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia (other) accounted for 44.9%, 47.5%, and 7.6%, respectively. Benefiting from the continued expansion of the global semiconductor industry—driven by demand for AI, 5G, high-performance computing, and advanced packaging—semiconductor-related customers have maintained steady order momentum for high-purity chemical supply and dispensing systems, gas secondary distribution systems, and related engineering services. These factors collectively supported NOVA* in achieving its highest single-quarter consolidated revenue for 2025 in the fourth quarter.
As reports have recently emerged that China may introduce its largest-ever semiconductor investment and subsidy program—potentially totaling up to RMB 500 billion—aimed at strengthening its domestic chip manufacturing supply chain through a combination of subsidies and financing, this policy is expected to further drive demand growth across upstream and downstream equipment and process systems. Leveraging its longstanding expertise in semiconductor and high-tech process system integration, NOVA* is well positioned to benefit from the expansion of demand in the China market, thereby further enhancing its competitive position and order intake potential.
Looking ahead to the first quarter of 2026, NOVA* will continue to strengthen its technical capabilities in high-purity chemical supply and dispensing system equipment, while actively investing in the development of green energy and environmental technologies to enhance product value and market competitiveness. At the same time, NOVA* will further expand collaborations with global semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing customers, and leverage its localized service bases in Taiwan, China, and Southeast Asia to reinforce project delivery and after-sales support capabilities, helping to maintain a solid level of order backlog.
