March 2026 Monthly Consolidated Revenue Press Release
Nova* Reports March Revenue of NT$1.07 Billion, Up 70% MoM and 65% YoY and Setting A Historic New high; Semiconductor and Memory Expansion Cycle Drives Strong Order Momentum
Hsinchu, Taiwan –April 10, 2026
Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA*,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT), a leading provider of high-purity chemical supply and dispensing systems for semiconductor and panel industries, today announced its March 2026 consolidated revenue of NT$1.07 billion, representing a month-over-month increase of 70% and a year-over-year increase of 65%, reaching a record high for the same period in the Company’s history. The Company noted that growing demand for high-purity chemical supply and precision dispensing systems has accelerated shipment momentum. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the first quarter of 2026 totaled NT$2.34 billion, reflecting a year-over-year increase of 8.95%, setting a new historical high for the same period in prior years, also marking a record high for the same period.
According to the latest 300mm fab outlook report released by SEMI, robust demand for AI chips and the ongoing regionalization of semiconductor manufacturing are expected to drive global 300mm wafer fab equipment capex spending to US$133 billion in 2026, further exceeding US$150 billion in 2027. This implies double-digit growth over the next two years and creates a favorable environment for NOVA*’s business expansion.
NOVA* highlighted that under the accelerating AI investment cycle, global foundries and memory manufacturers have initiated a new wave of capital expenditure plans. In particular, major memory players in China have recently ramped up large-scale capacity expansions to increase global market share. As high-purity chemical supply systems and precision dispensing equipment are critical to process stability and yield performance, demand for NOVA*’s core solutions continues to grow rapidly. This has led to a significant expansion in order intake, which is expected to translate into revenue growth as shipments are progressively recognized.
Looking ahead to the second quarter of 2026, NOVA* remains cautiously optimistic. Continued growth in AI, high-performance computing, and advanced packaging applications, coupled with government support for localized semiconductor manufacturing, is expected to sustain strong order momentum. The Company will further expand its market reach, upgrade its technology capabilities, and strengthen its professional team to enhance competitiveness and drive long-term operational growth.
