April 2026 Monthly Consolidated Revenue Press Release
NOVA Reports Jan–Apr Revenue Reaches Record Second High for the Same Period; Strong Order Momentum Supports Sequential Growth Outlook
Hsinchu, Taiwan –May 8, 2026
Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA*,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT), a leading provider of semiconductor and flat panel process supply systems, today announced consolidated revenue of NT$711 million for April 2026, representing a year-over-year increase of 30.82%. Cumulative consolidated revenue for January to April 2026 totaled NT$3.05 billion, up 13.36% year-over-year, marking a record second-highest level for the same period in the Company’s history.
NOVA* stated that strong demand from semiconductor and memory customers for high-purity chemical supply and dispensing systems has continued to drive overall business growth. In addition, the Company has further strengthened its multi-regional order acquisition strategy. For the first four months of the year, revenue contribution from Taiwan and China accounted for 47.4% and 44.9%, respectively. Notably, robust equipment order recognition in the Taiwan region drove revenue in that region to increase by 30% year-over-year during the same period.
Looking ahead to the second quarter of 2026, NOVA* remains cautiously optimistic. Based on current customer order pull-in progress, Taiwan is expected to be a key growth driver for upcoming operations. In addition, the Company is positive on the ongoing regionalization of the semiconductor industry and the localization of supply chains, as leading global players continue to release new project opportunities. These trends are expected to create favorable conditions for NOVA*’s order intake.
NOVA* will continue to strengthen its project management, equipment delivery, and localized service capabilities, while leveraging cross-regional resource integration to enhance its ability to support customers’ new fab construction, capacity expansion, and equipment upgrade projects. The Company is also actively pursuing large-scale project opportunities to further expand its order backlog and drive sequential growth in overall operations going forward.
