1. Product description
BSGS/GC system includes gas panel, gas cabinet body and a control box (except manual system)
- GC panel: The main function is to adjust the pressure of the process gas to the pressure required by the process equipment, remove harmful impurities in the process gas, immediately close the pneumatic isolation valve at the critical moment, and protect the cleanliness of the process gas pipeline when replacing the gas cylinder .
- Gas holder body: The gas holder gauge body is welded by 2.6 mm steel plate, and the surface is coated with anti-corrosion polyester paint. The exhaust vent is used to connect the customer's exhaust system. The gas cabinet door is assembled by 2.6 mm steel plate and 4.0 mm steel mesh safety glass window. Combustible gas can choose fire-fighting sprinkler. Head, automatic working sprinkler at 68℃. The cylinder support frame in the cabinet is used to fix the cylinder. Optional weighing platform is used to monitor the weight of liquefied gas.
- Control box: The control box is composed of power supply, PLC, touch screen, solenoid valve, etc. according to different functions. The automatic control box collects PT, scale, UV/IR, temperature sensor and other signals, and judges by PLC to operate the BSGS/GC equipment.
2. Product classification:
According to the number of cylinders:
- Single-cylinder single-cylinder gas supply, low price, suitable for non-production laboratories with small gas consumption and low frequency of bottle changing.
- Double steel cylinders Double steel cylinders can realize uninterrupted gas supply, which is suitable for production-type gas users.
- The three steel cylinders are individually equipped with purge nitrogen cylinders to reduce the interference that occurs between the gas supply equipment.
According to the gas supply:
- The GC gas supply is small and the price is low.
- BSGS has large gas supply and relatively high price.
According to control points:
- Fully automatic touch screen PLC control, automatic emptying, purging and air supply. Can interact with GMS or central control system.
- Semi-automatic automatic switching, manual emptying and purging, can realize functions such as emergency and remote cut-off.
- Manual Purely manual operation.
Application field
1. Purpose of use:

The cabinet provides effective isolation and protection when the cylinder, cylinder interface, cylinder coil, and gas panel leak. The exhaust system can discharge the leaked poisonous gas from the cabinet to the safe exhaust gas treatment system.
