Hsinchu, August 6, 2026
Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA*,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT) , a leading provider of semiconductor and flat panel process supply systems, today announced consolidated revenue of NT$3.787 billion for the second quarter of 2026, representing a year-over-year increase of 85.31% and setting a new quarterly record. Due to changes in the revenue recognition mix, gross margin for the second quarter was 24%. Operating income totaled NT$498 million, up 10.92% year-over-year; net income reached NT$441 million, increasing 87.34% from the same period last year; while net income attributable to owners of the parent totaled NT$363 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 134.54%. Earnings per share (EPS) reached NT$4.67, up 134.67% year-over-year.
NOVA* stated that strong revenue recognition from semiconductor, memory, and advanced packaging customers drove its second-quarter earnings to a record high for the same period.
NOVA* reported cumulative consolidated revenue of NT$6.128 billion for the first half of 2026, representing a year-over-year increase of 46.17%. Operating income reached NT$970 million, up 20.07% year-over-year; net income totaled NT$796 million, increasing 51.54% from the same period last year; while net income attributable to owners of the parent amounted to NT$662 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 71.13%. Earnings per share (EPS) reached NT$8.51.
NOVA* stated that its first-half earnings had already approached 60% of its full-year 2025 earnings, reflecting continued semiconductor equipment investment demand, steady revenue recognition from its order backlog, and improved operating efficiency. These factors drove both revenue and earnings for the first half of 2026 to record highs for the same period.
NOVA* further noted that the global semiconductor equipment market is entering a new AI-driven expansion cycle. As manufacturing processes become increasingly sophisticated, customer requirements for chemical purity, concentration control, and chemical delivery safety continue to rise, driving sustained demand for high-purity chemical supply and dispensing systems, automation control systems, and production line upgrade projects.
In addition, in response to the globalization of the semiconductor supply chain and customers' increasingly diversified capacity deployment strategies, NOVA* will continue to strengthen its market presence across Taiwan, China, and Southeast Asia. By flexibly allocating engineering, manufacturing, and technical support resources based on project progress and regional customer requirements, the Company aims to enhance its capabilities in undertaking and delivering large-scale projects, further supporting solid order intake and continued revenue recognition from its order backlog.
Looking ahead to the third quarter of 2026, NOVA* remains cautiously optimistic. The Company believes that continued investment demand related to AI, memory, and advanced packaging will remain an important driver of its semiconductor process supply system business. NOVA* will continue to capture demand for high-purity chemical supply and dispensing systems and existing production line upgrades. Through the execution of both large- and small-scale projects, continued regional market expansion, and improvements in operating efficiency, the Company aims to further expand its overall operating scale and sustain solid growth momentum in future operations.
