July 2026 Monthly Consolidated Revenue Press Release
NOVA Reports Record-High July and First Seven-Month Revenue for the Same Period; Order Backlog Reaches New High, Supporting Strong 2H Outlook
Hsinchu, Taiwan –August 10, 2026
Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA*,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT), a leading provider of semiconductor and flat panel process supply systems, today announced consolidated revenue of NT$1.29 billion for July 2026, representing a year-over-year increase of 64.32% and setting a record high for the same period. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the first seven months of 2026 reached NT$7.42 billion, up 49.04% year-over-year, also marking a record high for the same period.
NOVA* stated that July revenue growth was primarily driven by continued demand from semiconductor and memory customers in Taiwan and China for new fab construction, capacity expansion, and process upgrades. Strong revenue recognition from related orders supported both July revenue and cumulative revenue for the first seven months of 2026 in reaching record highs for the corresponding periods.
NOVA* further noted that, as semiconductor, memory, and advanced packaging customers continue to advance new fab construction and expand existing production capacity, the Company's overall business scale has continued to grow. More importantly, its order backlog has reached a record high, underscoring that the Company's order intake momentum remains even stronger than its current revenue performance.
Furthermore, the current order backlog is increasingly supported by robust memory expansion projects and customers' continued investments in advanced packaging capacity. These trends are driving sustained demand for high-purity chemical supply and dispensing systems, automation control systems, and related process supply equipment. Through vertical and horizontal resource integration, optimized supply chain management, and enhanced project execution efficiency, NOVA* expects more projects to enter the equipment delivery, installation, and acceptance stages, supporting further growth in both operating scale and profitability in the second half of the year.
Looking ahead to the third quarter of 2026, NOVA* remains cautiously optimistic.* As the global semiconductor equipment market enters a new AI-driven expansion cycle, NOVA* is well positioned to capitalize on opportunities arising from Taiwan's advanced process and advanced packaging capacity expansion, as well as memory, mature-node manufacturing, and supply chain localization projects in China, leveraging its years of expertise in chemical supply and dispensing systems across Greater China.
NOVA* will continue to strengthen its capabilities in executing large-scale projects while actively expanding its presence in China, Southeast Asia, and other overseas markets. Through technology upgrades, localized services, and continued regional market expansion, the Company expects to further strengthen its growth momentum and drive long-term business development.
