Strong Revenue Recognition from Taiwan Projects Drives NOVA’s August Revenue to NT$1.69 billion, Marking the Second-Highest Monthly Revenue in Company History
Hsinchu, Taiwan –September 9, 2026
Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT), a leading provider of semiconductor and flat panel process supply systems, today announced consolidated revenue of NT$1.69 billion for August 2026, representing increases of 30.8% month-over-month and 186.82% year-over-year, marking the second-highest monthly revenue in the Company’s history. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the first eight months of 2026 reached NT$9.11 billion, up 63.62% year-over-year, setting a record high for the same period.
NOVA* stated that August revenue growth was primarily driven by continued strong demand from semiconductor, advanced packaging, and memory customers, which supported multiple large-scale projects in the order backlog as they gradually entered the equipment delivery, installation, and handover stages, further strengthening overall operating momentum. Looking at order fulfillment and shipment performance in the second half of the year, as execution of large-scale projects continues to advance, revenue recognition from projects in Taiwan has shown particularly strong growth. Sales in Taiwan increased 191% year-over-year in August, becoming a key driver of monthly revenue growth. Meanwhile, supported by continued capacity expansion and new fab construction among semiconductor, memory, and advanced packaging customers, the Company’s overall order backlog remains at a record-high level, providing solid support for continued growth in future operations.
NOVA* noted that, as semiconductor processes continue to advance and advanced packaging technologies develop rapidly, the range of specialty chemicals required in production continues to expand, while the scale of individual capacity expansion projects is also increasing. These trends have supported strong momentum in both the Company’s order backlog and order intake. To address growing demand for large-scale projects, the Company continues to expand its professional engineering workforce, while maintaining strict control over raw material procurement and delivery schedules and further strengthening vertical and horizontal resource integration. By optimizing its order mix and improving project execution efficiency, NOVA* aims to meet customers’ stringent requirements for quality, delivery schedules, and project management, while further enhancing overall operating efficiency and profitability.
Looking ahead to the third quarter of 2026, NOVA remains cautiously optimistic*. Leveraging its years of technical expertise and proven project experience in high-purity chemical supply and dispensing systems, the Company is well positioned to capture capacity expansion opportunities across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
