NOVA Reports Record-High Quarterly Revenue of NT$4.58 Billion in 3Q , Up 124% YoYStrong Semiconductor and Memory Capacity Expansion Drives Order Backlog to New Record Highs, Supporting Sustained Growth Momentum
Hsinchu, Taiwan –October 12, 2026
Nova Technology Corp. (“NOVA,” Taipei Stock Exchange: 6613 TT), a leading provider of semiconductor and flat panel process supply systems, today announced consolidated revenue of NT$1.6 billion for September 2026, representing a year-over-year increase of 139% and setting a record high for the same period. Consolidated revenue for the third quarter of 2026 reached NT$4.58 billion, up 21% quarter-over-quarter and 124% year-over-year, marking a new quarterly record high in the Company’s history. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the first nine months of 2026 totaled NT$10.71 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 72% and also setting a record high for the same period.
NOVA* stated that its third-quarter revenue reached a new record high, primarily driven by continued new fab construction and capacity expansion among leading advanced process, mature process, advanced packaging, and memory manufacturers across Taiwan and China. As revenue recognition from multiple large-scale projects progressed according to schedule, the Company saw simultaneous growth in overall project execution capacity and business scale.
In particular, NOVA* has continued to increase the scale of individual projects and strengthen its cross-regional project execution capabilities in recent years. The Company has also been expanding its professional engineering workforce, optimizing procurement and project management efficiency, and enhancing vertical and horizontal resource integration to further strengthen its capabilities in undertaking and delivering large-scale projects. These efforts have laid a solid foundation for sustained operating growth and strong order intake momentum.
NOVA* noted that capacity expansion momentum among semiconductor customers in recent years has been driven not only by an increasing number of new fab construction projects, but also by continued process node advancements, greater chip architecture complexity, and rapidly growing demand for advanced packaging. These trends have led to increasingly stringent requirements for high-purity chemicals, slurry supply systems, flow control, contamination prevention, and supply stability, further driving demand for high-specification water, gas, and chemical supply systems, as well as wet process equipment, at individual semiconductor fabs.
Leveraging its extensive technical expertise in chemical and slurry supply and dispensing systems, as well as high-purity wet process system integration, NOVA* is well positioned to benefit not only from new Nova Tech(6613 TT)September 2026 Monthly Consolidated Revenue Press Release fab construction opportunities but also from the increasing variety of chemicals used at individual fabs and rising capital investment per unit of production capacity. These favorable industry trends are creating significant opportunities for the Company's overall business development.
Looking ahead to the fourth quarter of 2026, NOVA* remains cautiously optimistic. With capital expenditure demand in the semiconductor and memory industries continuing to strengthen and the Company's overall order backlog reaching another record high, NOVA* will continue to expand its professional engineering workforce while maintaining strict control over raw material procurement, supply chain coordination, and project delivery schedules to ensure the smooth execution and timely revenue recognition of large-scale projects. Meanwhile, NOVA* will continue to deepen its presence in China, Southeast Asia, and other overseas markets. By strengthening localized service capabilities and optimizing cross-regional resource allocation, the Company aims to enhance its capabilities and efficiency in undertaking and executing projects. Supported by the dual growth drivers of a strong existing order backlog and continued overseas business expansion, NOVA* seeks to further expand its overall business scale and enter the next phase of sustainable growth.
